  • Pricing errors due to technical or human error will be corrected, and the final price displayed at checkout will prevail.

5. ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

If payment has already been captured, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14–30 business days, depending on your bank.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • MIXD is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or force majeure events.

  • International duties and taxes (if applicable) are borne by the customer.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Final approval of refunds or exchanges is at MIXD’s discretion.
