SHIPPING POLICY

 

 


1. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and UAE public holidays).

  • During sales, drops, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

  • Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


2. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

🇦🇪 United Arab Emirates

We currently ship across all major cities and regions within the UAE.

🌍 International Shipping

  • International shipping is available to select countries.

  • Delivery timelines and shipping charges vary by destination.

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer.


3. DELIVERY TIMELINES (ESTIMATED)

GCC Countries 5–10 business days
International 7–14 business days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, courier delays, or force majeure events.


4. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • MIXD may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

  • Any promotional shipping offers are subject to change without notice.


5. ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.


6. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

  • We may ship items from different locations.

  • If your order contains multiple items, you may receive them in separate packages at no extra cost.

  • You will be notified each time a package is dispatched.


7. DELAYS & DELIVERY ISSUES

MIXD is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partners

  • Customs clearance

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer

  • Unforeseen events beyond our control (force majeure)

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, additional shipping charges may apply.


8. DAMAGED, LOST, OR MISSING PACKAGES

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please share clear images/videos of the package and product.

  • MIXD will investigate and offer a resolution at its discretion.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer.


9. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

  • If an order is refused or returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the customer will bear reshipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


10. CHANGE OF SHIPPING DETAILS

  • Shipping details cannot be modified once the order has been shipped.

  • Any changes must be requested immediately after placing the order.
