5. ORDER TRACKING

6. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

We may ship items from different locations.

If your order contains multiple items, you may receive them in separate packages at no extra cost.

You will be notified each time a package is dispatched.
7. DELAYS & DELIVERY ISSUES
MIXD is not responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, additional shipping charges may apply.
8. DAMAGED, LOST, OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share clear images/videos of the package and product.

MIXD will investigate and offer a resolution at its discretion.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
9. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

If an order is refused or returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the customer will bear reshipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
10. CHANGE OF SHIPPING DETAILS

Shipping details cannot be modified once the order has been shipped.

Any changes must be requested immediately after placing the order.
