Delivery Policy

FOR ALL DELIVERIES:

• Najma Al Rawda Garments Trading LLC sales and delivers only to the following countries: UAE
• Cash on Delivery (COD) available only on request at care@thegaiaworld.com
• Delivery charges will be indicated during your checkout process, in Dirhams (UAE).
• Najma Al Rawda Garments Trading LLC will ship your order within 24/48 hours of the order confirmation, provided that contact and address details have been provided accurately. Any orders made online on a Sunday or public holiday will be processed on next working day and then normal delivery time will follow.
• SAME DAY DELIVERY only available for Dubai.
• Same day express delivery charges 30 AED.
• EID festivities and long public holidays might result in delivery delays of additional 72h till the next labour day
• Najma Al Rawda Garments Trading LLC will send you an email as soon as your item has been shipped with a tracking number so that you can track your order through our shipper’s portal.
• You will receive your items in the original item box.
• Please, keep with you the proof of delivery receipt signed and confirmed by the customer.

TIME:

• Next Day delivery for order after 2pm (no shipping on Sunday and Public holidays)
• 48 hours for the orders after 2pm
• Express same day delivery option available on request (only for Dubai orders)
